Also, he is known as Mr. Capalot, and Polo Capalot. The ace Chicago Illinois rapper gained attention when he started uploading tracks on YouTube. His first tracks were The Come Up and never Cared. The rapper made his SoundCloud debut on the official polo.g SoundCloud. Gang With Me was Gang With Me's debut single. Soon after, it was followed up by another song called The Finer Things. The latter was written by him during his time in prison. The track became his breakthrough single, and millions people viewed it on YouTube. It put him into the spotlight. Record labels from major companies started to express interest. Pop Out with Lil Tjay was the first single to be to be released in the context of Columbia Records' distribution contract. The song was viewed hundreds of millions of times on YouTube and reached the 22nd spot on the Billboard Hot 100. This is the first time the rapper has charted a track.
